Our Electric Adventure Camper

If you think there is no way to make a PacWesty journey better, we’re ready to show you how.  Introducing our electric adventure camper – the eTofino!

Unplug, turn the key, and get out and about in the quiet luxury of zero emission exploration.

Why Electric?

We believe most everyone knows the era of electric vehicles has arrived.  EVs are more energy efficient, more reliable, easier to maintain, have a lower total cost of ownership, and have zero tail-pipe emissions.  Plus, they’re a blast to drive!

We’ve been working on this concept for a while, and now it’s a reality.  PacWesty has the most sustainable, highest performance, socially responsible adventure camper you’ll find anywhere.

How Far Can It Go?

As far as you want…

Admittedly, traveling in an EV takes more forethought than jumping in your gasser and rumbling off toward LaPush. You absolutely need to think about how far you can travel given the state of charge of your battery and where along the way you’re going to stop and charge. You’ll also want to consider how much time a charge-up will take and what delightful things you can do in the meantime. (Organic bakery visit?)

But you’ll catch on fast and it’ll make your journey that much more of an… adventure. (Which is why you’re heading out in the first place – right?)

Oops, almost didn’t answer your question. The eTofino has a 150 mile range on a full charge – which will vary based on how aggressively you drive and what electric accessories you turn on while driving. So for the best range, drive mellow, like in your beloved Westy.

The eTofino also has DC fast charging which means when you locate one of these chargers, you can top-up in a “jiffy” (PacWesty speak for ~ 30-60 min.).
